aq22 Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") are entered into between you ("Player", "User", "you") and aq22 ("aq22", "we", "us", "our "). Access to and use of the aq22 website located at https://aq22.club, including all games, betting markets, account services, promotional offers, and customer support channels, is conditional upon your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms.

By clicking "Register", "Login", or otherwise accessing any part of the aq22 platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you are acting on behalf of any other person or entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that party to these Terms.

aq22 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any provision of these Terms at any time. Access to the aq22 platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

By registering, you confirm that accessing the platform is lawful under the laws applicable to you.

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on the aq22 platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts — whether in your own name or under alternative identities — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are detected, aq22 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all bets placed, and withhold any balances pending investigation.

3.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when registering your account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and any payment account details required during the deposit or withdrawal process. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

aq22 may require you to complete a Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process before processing any withdrawal request or at any other time at aq22's discretion. KYC documentation may include a government-issued photo identification document (National ID, passport, or driving licence), a recent utility bill or bank statement confirming your address, and confirmation of your payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of your bKash or Nagad account registered in your name).

Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold until verification is complete. aq22 will not process withdrawals to payment methods not verified as belonging to the account holder.

3.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your aq22 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. aq22 will treat any transaction, bet, or instruction made using your credentials as having been made by you, unless you have previously notified us in writing of unauthorised access to your account. You agree to notify the aq22 support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

aq22 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). aq22 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

4.2 Deposit Terms

The minimum single deposit amount is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by aq22, though individual payment providers (including bKash and Nagad) may impose their own transaction limits. Deposits are credited to your aq22 balance within seconds of successful payment confirmation. aq22 does not charge any fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

You must only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another player, or accepting deposits made by third parties into your account, is strictly prohibited and may constitute money laundering, which aq22 is obligated to report to relevant authorities.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are processed to bKash and Nagad within 5–15 minutes in standard conditions, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Withdrawals to Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard may take up to 24 hours. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit of equivalent or greater value, unless an exception is approved by the aq22 payments team. This policy exists to prevent fraud and money laundering. All withdrawal requests are subject to satisfactory completion of any active bonus wagering requirements before funds can be released.

4.4 Currency and Conversion

All player account balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). If you use an international card (Visa or Mastercard) in a currency other than BDT, your bank or card issuer will apply their own foreign exchange conversion rate. aq22 is not responsible for any exchange rate losses or fees applied by third-party financial institutions.

5.1 General Bonus Rules

aq22 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. Each bonus or promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be published on the relevant promotion page at the time the offer is active.

Where a conflict exists between the specific terms of a promotion and these General Terms, the promotion-specific terms take precedence in relation to that specific offer only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The wagering requirement multiplier applicable to any given bonus will be specified clearly in the promotion terms. For example, a bonus with a 20x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means you must wager a total of ৳20,000 before the bonus balance becomes eligible for withdrawal.

Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live dealer baccarat and roulette may contribute at a reduced rate (typically 10–20%) compared to slot games (which typically contribute 100%). The exact contribution rates for each game category will be specified in the relevant bonus terms.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

aq22 operates a zero-tolerance policy towards bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, using low-risk or hedged betting strategies to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, placing bets on opposite outcomes to guarantee a bonus clearance profit, and coordinated abuse across multiple players. Where bonus abuse is detected, aq22 reserves the right to void all bonuses, cancel all associated winnings, and close the player's account.

5.4 Bonus Expiry

All bonus funds and free spins are subject to an expiry period, which will be stated in the relevant promotion terms. Bonus funds not used within the expiry period will be removed from your account automatically. aq22 is not obligated to provide advance notice of bonus expiry beyond the terms stated at the time the bonus was awarded.

6.1 Certified Game Providers

All casino games available on the aq22 platform are sourced from internationally certified game providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Ezugi, Spribe, Microgaming, NetEnt, and others. Each provider's games are subject to independent certification of their random number generators (RNGs) and return-to-player (RTP) percentages by accredited testing laboratories. aq22 does not modify, manipulate, or alter the outcome of any game.

6.2 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the aq22 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential legal action:

6.3 Void Bets and Cancelled Events

In sports betting, aq22 reserves the right to void any bet where the event is cancelled, abandoned, or materially altered before completion. Void bets will have the original stake returned to the player's account balance. In the case of live in-play bets placed after an event outcome has already been determined (e.g., due to a data feed delay), aq22 reserves the right to void those bets regardless of the displayed odds at the time of placement.

6.4 Maximum Winnings

aq22 reserves the right to impose maximum single-transaction payout caps on individual games or betting markets. Any applicable caps will be displayed within the game interface or market description. Winnings in excess of the published cap may be reduced to the cap amount at aq22's discretion.

8.1 Voluntary Closure

Prior to account closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal course. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to your verified withdrawal method, subject to any outstanding wagering requirements. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

8.2 Closure by aq22

aq22 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, misleading, or incomplete registration or KYC information.
• Evidence of fraudulent activity, collusion, or bonus abuse.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected money laundering or other financial crime.
• Regulatory or legal requirement to do so.

Where an account is closed by aq22 due to a proven breach of these Terms, aq22 reserves the right to void all pending and recent bets and to withhold any balances pending the outcome of an investigation. aq22 will communicate the reason for closure to the affected player where it is legally permissible to do so.

8.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your account for any reason, your right to access the aq22 platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including sections relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, dispute resolution, and prohibited conduct — shall continue to apply after account closure.
